Correction of names in case of:
- In case of either mother or father or both
- In case of Child.
- Change of name in case of Adoption of child.

Process
Application and required documents are submitted in RBD Section
Processing is done within 7 days
On verifying the documents, corrections are done accordingly
One Birth Certificates is issued on payments of fees

Process
Event of birth is already registered at the time of birth in CCP.
Required documents are to be produced at the RBD Section for changing the name of the child and parents wherever applicable.
Registrations are checked and the required changes are made.
