Registration of Structural Designer/Architect

How To Apply

Application shall be made in prescribed format.

Documents required
  1. Attested true copy certificate in support of qualification.
  2. Registration certificate from Town and Country Planning Department.
Process

Case I : Where the Births/Death takes place in Hospital.

The legal information and statical information of form1 and form2 for births and deaths respectively is filled
The duly filled form is submitted in RBD section of Corporation of City of Panjim (CCP).
The duly filled form is submitted in RBD section of Corporation of City of Panjim (CCP).
Birth Certificate is issued after payment of fees Rs. 15 /- per copy.

Case II : Where the Birth/Death take place at Residence.

The form is to be collected from RBD of CCP.
The duly filled form is submitted in RBD section of CCP.
Birth Certificate is issued after payment of fees Rs. 15 /-only per copy.
Fees structure

Rs. 1000/- per year.
